The staff was amazing- exceptional service from Axel, Jajir, Roy and Jesus, to the just superb service at the restaurant Cafe Artist- which I’ll be surprised if they don’t receive a Michelin Star soon- simply amazing all the way around- the pools were clean and gorgeous and the views were captivating. Even the room service food was amazing. Can’t wait to go back! 」

Staff at the front desk are very kind and accommodating and polite, and speak Spanish and English. Nice restaurant attached is on the pricey side, but delicious food, and great ambience.」
