「Access worked well via code communicated via email. Room was very clean and well appointed. Bed and bedding was very comfortable. Small bathroom with nice rainfall shower. Location was ideal sitting at the bottom of Steep Hill between shops and historic Lincoln (castle/cathedral). 」

But what I a lovely surprise bean I went inside clean friendly staff with great clean spacious rooms with equipped with tea, coffee biscuits, towels in the bathroom with shampoo soap and breakfast was very good and plenty of it and served from 06:30 so time to eat it and get to work so 5 stars all round」
