"The hotel is fantastic and decorated beautifully. I upgraded to a private room and enjoyed the views from the balcony walkway facing the pool. Parking was not as peaceful. The 3rd party garage vendor charged me $500+ as soon as I used my card! I was only staying overnight. I canceled the charge and parked at the nearby open lot for about $75 for 24hrs. Told the staff, and they apologized and provided me with the complaint line for the vendor. Otherwise, the hotel was chic, bright and relaxing. Loved wearing the complimentary robe and caftan during my stay."

"Check in instructions were not particularly complete. Understanding how to get into the building was a challenge and a code was required that I never did find in my check-in instructions. Matters were complicated because the alley behind the hotel where access to the garage is located, was closed off by the city for construction. After circling the block twice to get to the alley, I discovered that my halftime pickup truck was never going to make the turn to get into the underground parking. And then at the back half a block down the alley to find a place to turn around to go back to the front of the property to find a place to park, then went inside to get alternative parking instructions The good news was that the staff on site were extremely helpful and were able to get me situated. They continued to smile and see that I was taken care of even though I was obviously very frustrated and wasn’t being the nicest."

"Very clean, nice, and modern property, and a great location, very close to downtown and everything you want to do but still in a nice, safe, quiet neighborhood. Loved that it is pet friendly, our two small doggies were very comfortable, There were also several nice touches from the host, including luggage racks (loved that, not many hosts provide!), available closet and drawer space, towels for the cowboy pool, and a nespresso machine with even some pods! While the house instructions may seem like a lot at first, they really just tell you how to best use certain things in the house as this is also the host’s home, and I’d rather have that than risk breaking something or not know how to use it. We didn’t get to use the backyard much as we had our own activities planned outside the home, but seemed to have all you might need."
