「Ample parking. Amazing breakfast. Great views」

「Clean room, helpful staff. Good breakfast options」

「Hotel did not inform me that all roads leading to the hotel in a rather large radius would be closed on the night of my arival. There was no communication of alternative parking arrangements. When I arrived and explained calmly that I was not a happy customer I was given excuses. Apparently they are unable to contact me because I booked through expedia. 「Beautiful grounds with lovely views of the wildlife in and around the lake. Very peaceful.」

「Lovely place to stay, clean room although the carpets could do with a revamp. Staff were very helpful even though we arrived very late in the evening. Breakfast was excellent, very nice poached eggs.」

「First and foremost the property was clean, functional and offered value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful, although our experience of room service was let down by dirty cups being left. We found the hotel lacked character, everything about it was functional and not interesting. This extended to the breakfast, our experience of which was behind not eating supper there. This is not a criticism of the hotel, it is my view. Based on reviews I expected a little more than we got....
