「The problem was that we booked because of the ability to park our car while we fly on vacation. They told us when we got there that they did not have a shuttle driver till after noon. Not to worry that if we take an uber they would reimburse us. ( they did not). Then when we got back from vacation and called to have the shuttle pick us up. 「The hotel is very average but ok for the price. The room had a very small bathroom and looked like it had been patched up all over. The shower did not drain. Would stay in a pinch but would probably look for something else」

「We asked for handicap accessible, but this hotel does not understand the requirements for handicap access means a wheelchair should be able to access the shower and slide under the sink. Plus handicap should be on the first floor for emergencies.」

「Our room was pretty small. Staff was a little overwhelmed with everyone checking in at once. The way the front desk was placed meant people didn’t know where to line up to wait. Pool and workout room were very well cared for and the free drinks and breakfast was a nice amenity.」
