「There was hair in the shower, I was told there wasn’t shuttle parking when we arrived but when I booked it said there was, I was told i didn’t have to pay for parking then when I came in to show them my receipt for the uber (was told I’d be compensated) I was then told my car would’ve been towed if I left since I didn’t pay for parking (was told the evening before by staff I only had to pay after 8days of parking). Will never be returning to this facility.」

「The room was nice and clean, very spacious bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Pool was a shared indoor/outdoor, we did not use but did get in the hot tub! Very nice. Clean and relaxing. Breakfast was very good! They even offer a soft drink machine with coke products! It’s also open in the evenings and they have popcorn for a late afternoon snack! Nice treat! Safe area of St Louis with shopping and eating options within a 5 minute or so drive!」

「Initially the room had a strange odor. King sized room was small. Really did appreciate the breakfast and supper options that were included. Elevators to go up and down were good. Would be nice to have a wheelchair available for use.」

「I was awakened Friday night by very loud drilling and hammering on the wall above my bed. The front desk staff basically said “deal with it/it won’t take long” and the manager called to tell me it was my fault because I checked in a day later than reservation and even though he personally managed my lost reservation on check in, he had no idea anyone was in my room. Windows are dirty, space smelled musty, and the property is generally tired and run-down. When I asked for my wifi password as...

「I was told I wouldn't be getting keys till the next day. Anytime I wanted in my room an employee would let me in. I obviously said that was unacceptable and wasnt staying there. They said they would still charge me for the room as it was a non refundable reservation. Last time I stayed here it was just atrocious. I had forgotten that whole event until I pulled up. Never ever again. But the lady at the front desk was nice. 」

「The room we were assigned to, the floor was sticky and had spilled liquid. Reported this to the front desk, and she blew me off. The breakfast staff was excellent with a few mishaps with (1) coffee maker operating, and no cranberry juice.」

「This was the most awful experience ever got there on Thursday April 23rd and got in the room a none smoking room someone had been smoking got moved to another room it hqd bed bigs have proof videos and pictures had to stay there wasnt any hotels available because of a event in town left as fast as we could Saturday April 25th 」
