「I booked my suite online 3weeks ahead of time I called this hotel 3 times before check in to ask about the pool, connecting rooms, and to check in early to decorate for my daughter birthday not one staff who answered the phone mentioned you was not able to have a party in the room, it is also NOT on there website at all they have a sign sitting on the desk when you arrive. Trying to check in the day of my daughter birthday a non-black women run from the back saying it’s no party allowed I asked...

「The staff had no problem allowing us to check in a little early since we arrived in town sooner than expected. Very polite, clean room and great breakfast. This was our 3rd time staying here and will definitely stay here again when visiting family.」

「The hotel was okay. The bed and bathroom were clean. The carpet in the room was wet. The nice employee at the desk would have given us a partial refund, but we booked it through a third party, so they couldn't. The breakfast was good, and it had a nice fitness room.」

She hands down handled check ins, check outs, rude patrons, manual walk ups to rooms, impatient individuals, calls to corporate, IT calls, ALL with PROFESSIONALISM, PATIENCE, KINDNESS & I DONT THINK SHE EVER WENT TO LUNCH IR HAD A BATHROOM BREAK through the entire shift. It was even a gathering in the first floor room, and these people were spilling stuff all through the lobby and tracking it all over the floor and she had to try to make sure that that got cleaned...

「I had a great stay at this Fairfield. I live in west TN but had surgery in Chicago and needed to stay somewhat close for the night before going home. I am on crutches because I had a hip replaced and the front desk put me in a room right off the lobby and in front of the breakfast buffet. Clean and comfortable, I’m having my other hip done and I’ll be staying there again. 」

On Monday there was one person trying to service the breakfast area while answering the phone and manning the front desk. He was doing his best but needed some one else to help. Also the facility is showing signs of age and maintenance is not sufficient」
