「I understand that internet connectivity can sometimes be challenging in India, but the Wi-Fi connection was extremely unstable, making it difficult to conduct web meetings with colleagues overseas. In addition, the toilet did not drain properly and eventually stopped flushing. The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and professional, and I greatly appreciated their service. However, I felt that the maintenance of the facilities and infrastructure could be improved.」

「A young man in a T-shirt and pants had been sitting in front of the room diagonally across from our hallway, looking at us. We had gone in and out a few times, but there were three people there the whole time, watching us. I felt scared, as if they were monitoring our entry and exit. When I asked the hotel staff, they said it was for personal security. I wasn't wearing clothes that suited the Five Star Hotel. Is it acceptable to have such casual personal security at a luxury hotel? I don't want...

「The welcome flowers and breakfast were wonderful. The rooftop pool was a disappointment; it looked better in photos than it actually was.」
