"The desk clerk on third made sure I received a handicapped parking space right next to the side door. Which made it very convenient to walk a short distance to the elevator and make the trip to the 4th floor where my room was directly off the elevator. Room was no smoking nice and clean and very comfortable. Since I will be going back to the doctor again in the future, I will definitely stay there again. Breakfast was nice and hot. I stayed alone and felt very safe at all times. Thank you for such great service!"

"Service was sub par. They only do housekeeping every other day, but it took three days before I saw a clean set of towels. Then the person at the front argued with me a bit to say that I shouldn’t expect service on a Sunday. What’s it all about?"

"The building has seen better days for sure, and so did the linens. They were clean but worn out. Convenient location in RTP."

"I stay at quite a few La Quinta hotels but this one was run down in need of updating. I actually triped and almost fell in the hall way where the carpet was loose. There was also the smell of Marijuana all night it was truly terrible. My experience was not great. I stay in Raleigh quite a bit and this was a bad experience."
