「The first room we were in the air conditioning did not work but they moved us to a new room. We were on the bottom floor so it was a loud with the kids running upstairs late into the night. I reported it but it did not stop till 2:00 in the morning. We found old food in the drawer of the first room and the floors could have been cleaner than they were. Over all we made it work and enjoyed the pool. 」

The only issue I had was the security in the parking lot someone put latex gloves on my car mirror but that's not the hotel's fault.the manager was so sweet and helpful like we had known each other for year's again I'll be back 」

The only issue was that I was double charged - by both the motel, who said it was “pay at the property” and hotels.com, who said they would rectify it and have not. 」
