"We really enjoyed our stay. The home was spacious and comfortable. The kitchens and bathrooms were very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of towels & linens were provided. The furniture and decorations in the home were very cool especially the tin collections. The main town of Crestone was a short walk away where we enjoyed the Elephant Cloud Cafe and enchanting shops. The view of the stars at night was amazing. The Sand Dunes National Park was something to see along with a Hindu temple along the way"

"What a wonderful place. Excellent Communication, clean, and plenty of relaxation. It has abundant wildlife for entertainment, abundant stars at night, and a comfortable feel as if you have been there for years. In case you're wondering, my 2019 lifted Ram fit in the garage, tight, yes, but fit. Deer came up to the windows and we found big kitty tracks so watch your fur babies. Will stay again. "This house has the best stocked kitchen of any short-term we've stayed in. The home is newly remodeled, spacious and very clean. The beds were firm and comfortable. There were ample towels and blankets throughout the home. There was a side yard where we could let our dogs run around, and that was great. It's a very quiet location with deer around, and million dollar views of the mountains. Each room had its own thermostat, so you can dial in the temperature. The smart tv allowed us to watch a couple of movies. The owners left some eggs and fantastic coffee beans for our use. Just a wonderful stay. We will rent this house again next year. "

"We had such a wonderful time celebrating Thanksgiving in this space. There is beautiful natural light in the living room, beautiful views of the Sangre de Cristo mountains, a cozy wood-burning stove, and lots of opportunities to stargaze in the hot tub at night. The kitchen is also incredibly well-stocked. We had everything we needed. Charley was so helpful and kind. Highly recommended!"

"This place was amazing! Inside perfect living space, clean. The real treat was outside. Venable creek is literally off the back deck. We sat out there listening and watching for hours. Plus it was a 2 minute drive to the Venable trail head. Great location for what we wanted. We had a. Issue with the fireplace our first night, the owner had people at the house within 15 minutes. No complaints whatsoever, my dogs loved it also. Will stay again! Ghanks"

"This amazing log home is a dream mountain getaway! Completely surrounded by beautiful aspen and pine trees, it’s incredibly quiet and relaxing. Being there in later September meant the aspens were changing colors and were more vibrant each morning. The only sounds you’ll hear are the rustling leaves and the babbling creek.Every side of the wraparound deck offers a different view with comfortable Adirondack chairs, porch swings and picnic tables that are perfectly placed. We were also greeted by momma deer and her two babies that came through the property one evening and several other deer wandered through during our stay.The star gazing was absolutely incredible! From both the wraparound deck and the nearby Summit Park in town, we observed the most amazing night sky including the Milky Way!This was also the cleanest Vrbo we’ve ever stayed in by a long shot. The entie house was spotless and the kitchen was pristine and stocked with all the appliances and cookware you could want. From amenities to décor, Vanessa and Shawn have truly thought of everything. It feels like a home away from home."
