"We stayed at this cabin multiple times and enjoyed every aspect of our stays. The hiking in the adjacent National Forest is outstanding! There is a lot of wildlife, especially, birds. The cabin itself has everything one could wish for. The deck is perfectly placed to give you the view of the mountains. I would spend every morning on the deck with my binoculars. There is a nice library of books about CO and Sangre de Cristo Range. The pantry is stocked with all kinds of food. The host is very helpful and answered the questions that we had within minutes. I do hope to come back to this cabin again in the future!"

"Absolutely beautiful place with stunning views. The sunset view from the balcony is one of the best I've ever seen. Very clean with a happy and comforting vibe. Ypu can play pool with a view of the mountains too which was amazing. 10 out of 10 would recommend"

"Such a lovely stay. The host was so sweet and easy to communicate with. The house was spotless and came with home-baked cookies, snack bags of chips, a huge supply of movies, a telescope, hummingbird feeder with nectar all ready to go, TONS of towels and fuzzy blankets for snuggling, and supplies like sunscreen and razors. So close to the hiking trails! And did I mention the home-baked cookies? I wish we'd had the chance to make use of the popcorn machine, too. Ah well, next time.The only drawback was the bedroom situation made sleeping arrangements a little awkward for two couples. Both beds are in the loft with a Jack-and-Jill bathroom in between, no door for the first bedroom, which has direct access to the stairs, so I had to warn the guys when I was changing. BUT this house would be ideal for a single family group.This house will be on our list for the next time we stay in Westcliffe. 3"

"We really loved our stay here. The house is very clean and comfortable inside and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking and dining equipment. My parents are elderly and they enjoyed the comfortable beds. The house is surrounded by nature and wilderness."

"This is an amazing cabin. It is very clean and well-maintained. The host is great and very easy to get in touch with. The creek beside the back porch is glorious. The cabin is very close to two trailheads if you’re a hiker. We have been to the Westcliffe area a dozen or so times over 15 years and this is one of the best rentals in the valley. 5 stars."
