「Staff especially Lhynne was wonderful but overall amenities and property management including food options is very poor. New Year’s Eve event was horrible, most of the things promised didn’t happen & food left a lot to desire for. Overall not a world class 3 star resort even. The staff however are polite and tried their best to provide a good experience but they are constrained by the amenities & what’s available for them to do. Overpriced for a resort of this quality. 」

「The resort exceeded my expectations. They’re affordable and customer service was outstanding. They meet you at the airport and take care of all the logistics in getting you to the resort. We were greeted with warmth and smiles. The beach was right in-front of my room. Very quiet, serene, and loads of water activities to do. They also have options for Island hopping. If you are going to Palawan this should be the #1 consideration.」

「We truly couldn’t have picked a better spot. Casa Nacpan felt like home all thanks to the staff. Breakfast was delicious and consistent by chef Kenjie, laundry service was offered, and Nacpan beach was a 3 min drive which was a plus. It’s a 25-30 min drive to El Nido, but much quieter and less busy which we loved. Magnus was very knowledgeable and recommended some spots for us to try. We’ll always cherish the chats we had with you all! We will for sure be back. Thank you a million to the Casa...

「I booked 7 standard triple rooms for two with two separate beds yet you gave only 6 rooms rooms with only one bed. I send an email to clear about it because my payment is too much for what was given for accommodation but no response. The website cover for the resort is deceiving showing the picture of the beach claiming its near the beach front but the real location is very far with narrow and muddy alley. The breakfast they serve is only bead and egg which when you are booking saying...

「エルニード空港から車で10分程度でしょうかとても近いです。ただ､空港送迎ありと記載がありましたが､エルニード空港の往復が5000ペソととても高価｡もう一つのプエルト・プリンセッサ空港は700ペソですが､片道5時間だったので､結局他のところを探しました。 部屋は広かったのですが、エアコンが壊れていて､冷蔵庫もありませんでした。バスタオル､足拭きマット､シャンプー､石鹸､歯ブラシは付いていました｡朝食は予約すると有料で､食べることができるようですが､私は予約しなかったので､値段は分かりません。貴重品はセイフティーボックスがあるので､ホテルのフロントで預かってくれます。ホテルの周りにはコンビニだけでなく､店がたくさんありますが､朝の6時ごろは何処も空いていません。24時間対応と書いてありましたが､1/1の7時にチェックアウトしようとしたら､フロントには誰もいませんでした。1泊7000円でしたが､とても高いと思います。」

The place was very quiet and was able to provide me with a much needed break from a busy life. The views were amazing. All in all, it was an amazing experience made easier by their staff. As this is an "off-grid" stay out in the outbacks of Palawan, a bit of dust and dirt everywhere is expected. But the staff made efforts to provide us with anything we needed to stay comfortable. 」
