I stayed here with family. this hotel is excellent and the staff are exemplary. To name a few, Surinder, Reena, Nagla were amazing and offered brilliant customer service. The room which was a family room was very spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast area is so good and the selection of the buffet is great. There is also a egg cooking station and the chefs that cook the eggs are so polite as they work under a lot of pressure from many guest orders. Well done to you guys. The carpark is easy to access and easy to find parking. The pool is great too and there is always a lifeguard on duty. I recommend this hotel.

Fantastischer Aufenthalt – besonders wegen der Lage und des tollen Personals! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Novotel Suites Dubai Mall of the Emirates rundum genossen! Besonders hervorzuheben ist die top Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten von der Mall of the Emirates entfernt – perfekt zum Shoppen und für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Was uns besonders begeistert hat, war das außergewöhnlich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal – vom Empfang über das Housekeeping bis hin zum Service im Restaurant. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt, und jeder Wunsch wurde mit einem Lächeln erfüllt. Das Frühstück und Essen im Hotel waren ebenfalls hervorragend – abwechslungsreich, frisch und sehr lecker. Für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei. Auch der Poolbereich war sehr angenehm – eine schöne Möglichkeit zur Abkühlung nach einem heißen Tag in der Stadt. Wir können das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

I booked for a family of 4 which means l was supposed to get a room with 1 bed and 3 couches . When I wanted to book for extra room to accomodate my whole family I was told its fully booked for the next couple of days . I instantly booked through expedia and found a room for 2 days . When l tried to check in for that extra room l was told the booking doesnt extra . I tried to check inthe next day and was told heck in for the previous day was a no show and there was no refund for that .
