The Ritz Carlton is unbelievable beautiful. The staff is on a other level. Best Place for relaxing in a fast growing city full of exiting places to enjoy. Amazing week in the Ritz-Carlton Dubai. Everything was perfect from arrival in the reception to the service in the restaurants and bars. Would recommend everyone to go to this hotel.

Staff, rooms were excellent - everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Grounds were beautiful - one area of concern was lack of sun in pool areas - and there were a lot of ants in these areas as well.

The best among the best. My wife and I had the most amazing experience during our stay in this hotel. All the personnel without exception was amazing, kind and very professional. They really know what service is about. My wife and I receive the most beautiful welcome and during our stay we felt like at home due to the kindness and hospitality of the staff. The in-room team did an amazing job to make us feel like we were in paradise. We made a good friend, Edwin, the security person. He is an amazing person. We left with a memorable experience. Thanks to all the staff who in anyway made our stay unforgettable.

Service at the hotel is world class, every single member of staff with a smile on their face and can’t do enough to help you. Hotel, grounds and spa are glorious. The only downside I can say is the noise from the construction site during the night as the workers are working 24/7. The new construction site, coupled with the Five Luxe blocks out the sun for most of the day at the pool areas which is a shame.
