Master bathroom: a shower and a bathtub as well as toilet and bidet. All bathrooms are equipped with shampoo and shower gel.

Living room: 65-inch UHD Smart-TV, a wifi router with 250mb speed, a dining table, and a sofa-bed that comfortably sleeps 2. It also leads to another balcony with 2 comfortable seats, a coffee table, and an amazing view.

4. Opening the balcony window for an extended period with the AC on is not allowed.
5. Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited; please only smoke on the balcony with the door closed.
6. Guests found smoking inside will incur a fine of AED 1000 to cover cleaning and deodorizing costs.
