Located in the heart of Dubai Marina, Stella Maris provides easy access to some of Dubai’s most popular attractions. Marina Walk, JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall, restaurants, cafés, and public transport options are all just minutes away, offering the perfect balance of leisure and city living.



The Property features a spacious open-plan living and dining area with satellite TV, perfect for unwinding after a day out. Step onto the balcony to enjoy pleasant Marina views and sip your morning coffee while taking in the vibrant surroundings.



The fully equipped kitchen includes high-quality appliances and a washing machine for your convenience.
