Experienced truly great hospitality throughout our stay. Even on the last day, during check-out, our meal was included, and when we didn’t have time for breakfast, the staff kindly prepared a takeaway breakfast package for us. Danah at reception was really helpful and offered us an upgrade which was amazing. Location was great, near the metro, shopping and dining options. Room was really spacious with a view of the pool area. Breakfast was really nice and offered a range of hot and cold food.

The hotel was in a convenient location with few metres from a metro and a big mall which had plenty of dining options. The staff were friendly right from the day we entered to when we left. Rooms were thoroughly cleaned everyday, giving a fresh look when we came back to the hotel later in the evening. Thank you Dinesh and Hafiz. The hotel is in close proximity to the airport, shopping centres, sightseeing, transport etc. There is a large swimming pool and lounging area. There are dining options too. The staff were always polite and willing to help. Special mention to Shadab who assisted with our late night check-in and made the process very easy. We appreciated the up-grade too. We would stay at the Copthorne Hotel again when staying in Dubai.

Nice hotel with very nice staff. I had an upgrade and I loved my room. Metro Station Deira City Center and The Deira Mall are very close walking distance. By the Red Line metro you get to Burj Khalifa in 20min. You have all you need in the neighborhood. The Pool was also very nice.

We had a creek view booked i was very excited but unfortunately there’s buildings built in front of it !! Mr Tohamy made sure our trip was up to standard he accommodated us very well great Man …Also Mr Musha he decorated our room to surprise my son for his Birthday i really appreciate it. Thankyou guys ! The only slight Disappointment twice they missed our Wake up call request ! Big shout to Mr Tohamy who made our trip extra great ! Also Samar from house keeping always had a smile and did a great job …. The Area is amazing so many eating places and a supermarket just a couple of minutes away. Will definitely stay there again.

Rooms outdated and horrible, staff below par. Breakfast buffet is terrible. Got charged too much for the stay . I complained for the noise in the room then got moved to a room directly next to a mosque.
