「We had a lovely stay here. Fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. 」

「Our third stay at Nigel’s properties (previous 2 at Beachcomber his other house). As before, I can’t fault anything- the house was just right for us with our 2 young grandchildren. Well equipped kitchen, open plan layout downstairs and with the good weather we had the patio doors always open out into the grassy areas behind for the kids to play out when we were inA good base to visit the attractions in the area and within a short walk of the beach (quite a steep path)I think we will be back...

「A great cottage, comfortable, very spacious, spotless, a lovely big fully enclosed garden was a bonus! It’s such a good area, walking distance to beach and parkland. And a couple of good food pubs nearby.」

「We had a lovely stay at Lockton Cottage, it was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The welcome goodies were a great touch, and we really appreciated the tea, milk etc..after our long journey. We would definitely stay again.」

「Absolutely lovely felt at home straight awayLocation is perfect easy walk to the beach and onwards to Filey centre The dogs loved the beach accessArthur’s is perfect I could move straight in,so cosy ,spotless and clean,perfect layout All 4 of us plus 2 dogs we’re comfortable with ample space Can’t wait to book again definitely be a week though this weekend was just not long enough 」

「Stayed in the cottage for many years always have the same positive experience. Since upgrading to a smart TV which is useful sadly the kids can no longer play on the Wii as there is no connection point . However still no faults and amazing holiday home. 」

「Great property in a great location for exploring the east Yorkshire coast. The property itself is clean & has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The only slight downside is, it's near to the road & if like us you sleep with the window ajar the road noise can be heard in the mornings .」

「Comfortable beds, powerful shower, secure garden, peaceful location. Very good kitchen facilities. Plenty of places close by to visit. 3 pubs in the village and a Co-op. Beach just outside the village next to lifeboat station. 1 min in car or can walk. Everywhere yougo is very dog friendly. Relaxing break in home from home style cottage.」
