"Sink was broken and tub had cracks in it. TV was old and not up to date, phone in room did not work. Hotel is not easy to find with google maps. They charged another 50.00 refundable fee for room damages on top of the 71.00 for the night. The room was not worth 71.00. Staff was friendly but area is not a great area. Lot of nosie and stomping upstairs and barely sleep."

"Overall was what I expected from a 3 star hotel. Only issue I had is the toilets were very low... like 12-14 inches. Other than that, room was clean, breakfast was fine, etc."

"The lobby was nice but our room was very rundown. Mold on ceiling in bathroom and there was a wood shelf next to the shower that looked like they got from a thrift shop and it was in very bad condition. Faucet in bathroom was not installed correctly and was hard to turn off. Very disappointed. Definitely needs some room updates!"

"This location has two different brands here: Comfort Inn and Quality Inn. It appears that one brand is more well-maintained, and the price reflects that level of comfort. Located next to the property, in front of the hotel or from the side, depending on which brand you're staying at, is a McDonald's and a gas station, which is supposed to be a truck stop. Across the street, it looked like there was a Subway and a I-Hop. Overall, okay for a quick stop overnight when in Charleston, probably not the optimal location for a long stay of, say, more than a night and a day. Overall, okay. Just be mindful of when you're selecting your hotel brand, because there is a difference in quality between the two, and the price reflects that."

"I had difficulty finding the entrance and ended up on some rough ground. Where are the signs??? There was a large pleasure boat parked in the relatively small parking lot which skewed several parking spaces and parking was a little tight anyway. This was my chief complaint "

"Our room was clean, we arrived late but staff got us our key promptly and checked in. Parking was great right in front of our room. The river right beside was nice for reflecting before we left. Will us this property again for anytime we need to stay in Charleston. It was very affordable for just needing a night to sleep and get ready in the morning. "
