「We booked two rooms for our most recent stay at this hotel, which is our "go to" when we're in London. The staff were very courteous, house cleaning was fine, and we enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning. We were also able to get early check-in for one of the rooms which was really helpful given that we had a mid-afternoon funeral visitation on the first day of our stay. No complaints!」

「Property was clean and as advertised in a residential neighborhood near shopping, 401 and several useful amenities/restaurants. During our stay (Sept 2025) there was significant construction in the area that made getting to some places a challenge - expect this will be done soon. Pool was as advertised and heated well enough to be very comfortable in early Sept. The cabana beside the pool was well furnished and easily allowed those in and out of the pool to converse easily. 「My stay here was amaizing I had my 2 teenage kids with me and plenty of room for them as well beautiful yard swings and other kids toy to play on in the yard there gazebo area with table just so nice there for out door activities I will definitely go back 」
