"Good customer service Clear prices of mini bar Comfortable room and bed However the kettle had no ameneties or cups, and the tap water was not drinkable and no supply of free water to use. However mercadona is a minute away so thats okay. The bath was a bit outdated but great water pressure and shower gel provided."

"Property is run down. Rooms are not well kempt. It’s is very noisy as there is a pool table dead Centre to the lobby and the sound travels straight up to be heard throughout the day and night. Took 30 minutes to check in because the front desk attendant decided to stop helping us and help 6 guests checking out retrieve their luggage from bag check. He apologized with a box of cookies. No wash cloths, one pillow each, one chair in the room. Not close to anything. Area around the hotel was run...

"Enjoyed our stay here. Close to the beach but far from the city center. It is close to transit so it would be easy enough to get to everywhere. Staff were very helpful and the room was available for early check in which was a blessing following a long overnight flight! Only issue was the water temperature in the shower. It would often switch to very hot water for a couple seconds before going back to your set temperature."
