「My flight was cancelled and my arrival was delayed, but they still welcomed me warmly. I rebooked and returned two days later, where they greeted me with a plate of dessert and cookies. The view of the waterfront and Santa Monica Pier from the balcony window was amazing. Personally, I would have preferred a hot tub.」
"The room was basic and what I expect for the price. What I didnt expect is the noise coming from a water system or some other machine. I'd hear rattling sounds every 10 minutes or so that would be loud and last for a minute or two. ALL night. So I couldnt sleep at all. Earplugs were provided but that was rediculous. "
