「Staff where very friendly, but it was a maze to get to the room, clearer signs need to be put up to direct people to their rooms. Due to warm weather it would have been ideal for the rooms to have A/C」

「Was in a great location for bars and restaurants- we had a lovely quiet room and a great nights sleep. Room was cosy and had everything we needed. Lovely bathroom and easy to use amenities in the room.」

「Very pleasant stay for 1 night attending a business meeting locally. They can use an extra pair of hands behind the bar for the early hours of the evening when there was a bit of a queue. Otherwise couldn't fault the place and will gladly be back again.」

「It was very disappointing, we arrived midday and there was only one waiter in the bar trying to serve drinks for everyone in the bar, restaurant and around the outdoor pool. He was also taking orders for food and serving the food. He really was doing his best and could only keep apologising. To make things worse there was only one person in the kitchen!! 「The rooms were nice except for the lack of air conditioning so it was stiflingly hot with no adequate ventilation. A fan was provided but it wasn’t enough for a family of 4 to use. No extra fans available. Great to have access to a pool but the water looked murky and the steam room was in need of a thorough clean. We didn’t feel the changing rooms were clean enough to shower in so went back to our room. The carpark was full and we couldn’t get parked even though we had paid for parking. Overall,...
