No shampoo or conditioner, hair dryer wasn't working, no orin in the room and no one was onsite at night to request it. I had to wash my hair with just water and no blow dryer to dry my hair at night and had to go to my meetingbwith wrinkled shirt. Worst experience. By the way, there's no security at night. Anyone can walk in at night and come to your room. Elevator doesn't require a pass and no one is at front desk at night. Main entrance is wide open too

Do not expect more than the basics here. And do not be fooled into a balcony room with view - unless you want to pay extra to stare at a concrete building across the street. There is no view in room 730 at least. At checkout no one asked how our stay was even. That’s a first while travelling through Europe. Also be cautious paying by cash in the main floor restaurant. At both meals I was short changed and had to debate with the server about his math.

The location of the hotel was probably the best feature. It was under 2 km walk to the old town. Coffee shops and grocery stores if needed were right outside. We had a room that was supposed to sleep 4 but it was very cramped. There was virtually no floor space to put our luggages and the bathroom had a shower and sink that were way too small. The room was stuffy and while they had fans, there were no outlets to plug them into. Felt it was overpriced for what it was.
