"Fantastic place with excellent service. The considerate service is fantastic - they are extremely helpful. The chalets themselves are great - clean, comfortable, great amenities. Shuttle serice operated by the hotel takes you anywhere and picks you up within 15 mins. They have a partnership with the ski shop on the slopes where you have a VIP separate room, lockers, and outstanding service. One word of advice - the pool (indoor plus outdoor) is heated, but it’s not jacuzzi-temperature. Overall...

"There is a great hydro spa that is included in the stay. Free Crepe stand. Great lobby and bar. Friendly and accommodating staff. Free ski check at front desk. Bus stop near by. Walkable to heart of Chamonix. Right next to Mont Blanc gondola and historic Olympic ski jump. "

"Our family of 4 loved our stay in the quaint Les Balcons du Savoy! Staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The view of the surrounding Alps is spectacular! "It was very clean, neat slopes, and restaurants. The accommodations are small with low ceilings and poor lighting. There was no lift so be prepared to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs. The evening check in associate was very pleasant. The morning check in person was extremely unpleasant and seemed perturbed by foreign guests often frowning and scowling on sight. She even struggled or pretended to struggle with getting a taxi which shouldn’t be an uncommon request at a hotel. She...
