"The front desk staff were so amazing. Super friendly and accommodating. I am a lifetime platinum at marriott so i normally only stay at marriott. Chamonix didnt have a marriott so stayed here. Staff more professional than any other marriots in france and even better upgrades than any other marriotts. It was a one day sty, wish i stayed longer. Shout out to Daniela, and all staff for being super friendly. "

"Excellent stay in Chamonix for our 5 day ski trip. Loved the thoughtful touches such as free coffee, hot chocolate, and water refills. Helpful staff, spotless spa, and very attentive room cleaning and service. Only a short walk to the Sud bus station for ski buses and the Geneva airport bus"

"We can't say enough about the Grand Hotel Des Alpes. Centrally located in town, so made it easy to visit local shops and phenomenal restaurants (e.g. Atmosphere, Rose de Pont and Matafan, all highly recommended). Skiing to each of the 4 resorts was made easy through the hotels shuttle service. Picks you up at the hotel and drops you off at the slopes. Then returns you. Both to and from are on a schedule you decide. Staff was amazing. Little positives like sweets in the early afternoon and savory snacks in the late afternoon were a very nice surprise.
