Great sauna. Nice restaurant for one meal. Staff very friendly and helpful. All speak English. Prime location in town center. Bed large and comfortable. Rooms and hallways could use a facelift - some paint would be nice. I was fine, my wife would not have been happy. More than adequate for a week of climbing

Service great from check in to check out , all staff really helpful and friendly. Shuttle bus service is fantastic and made all the difference to our stay and was one of the main reasons for coming back to this hotel, Jo(driver) was so helpful, great communication, flexibility and so polite .

Fabulous staff - very helpful and friendly. Reception staff excellent and cleaning staff did a brilliant job. Big room. Great location especially to the cable car up to l’Aguille du midi. You can walk everywhere easily. We loved the hotel and Chamonix!

The location is perfect, beautiful town and all the main attractions are walkable. Staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is ok if you’re just looking for a base… definitely not a 4* by normal standards. Basic and small room with a tiny bathroom. Some broken fixtures in the room , electricity flicked on and off randomly, shower turned very hot randomly. Carpets in the hallways were very dirty and it did smell most of the time.

Great location close to everything and offers a complementary shuttle to the lifts which is VERY helpful. The morning breakfast was plentiful and all you needed to fuel your day. It was clean but a little run down and could use a renovation. The staff was wonderful, very helpful and friendly.

Excellent service from ALL the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Nice rooms, the dinner at the restaurant was excellent. Centrally located next to the river, you can easily walk all of Chamonix from there. We will be back! Thank you again!

There was a Brazilian waiter or bar manager that was amazing. Always smiling and when I dropped my two coffees going up to my room, he refilled them , gave me 2 free croissants and brought them up for me. Wow what a great service
