"I travel with my two dogs, and I was blown away with Tumbling Ts. My two dogs and I stayed in the chuckwagon; it had everything I needed. The property is absolutely gorgeous; the grounds were immaculate. I enjoyed that my dogs were not running around in high brush and stickers. The bathroom was large and spotless. There is so much detail to the property that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and extended it by another day. The bed was comfortable, and falling asleep to the creek sounds was the best....

"We enjoyed our time in Durango and to come home and relax in a nice quiet space was wonderful. Put girls loved watching the deer each morning while eating breakfast. The location is very convenient to downtown and all the local activities."

"The experience was so cool, cows, prairie dogs, a badger and other assorted wildlife all around the area of the house. The road in was a bit rough but the location up on the ridge was beautiful. Could see for miles in all directions. The only thing that was a bit spotty in the tiny house was the TV reception via the Internet. Sometimes it was difficult to connect. However, I spent lots of time exploring the area around Cortez, so it did not make that much of an issue. Would definitely stay there...

"Great space in a very small neighborhood of only four other homes with good space allowances for each. We awoke daily to turkeys and other wildlife in the front yard, and had great mornings/evenings eating and relaxing on the deck. It is across the street from Haviland lake access and was a great base for heading up to even higher alpine access or down the hill into town. Very responsive and caring owners helped to complete what was a great extended stay."

"We are well seasoned VRBO home renters, who know what makes a good property. This home has a very nice design, but needed TLC to make it truly great. A few of the issues: * The oven was broken, and replaced by a very small (dirty) convection unit on the counter. Not acceptable for the food that we always prepare and bring while on vacation. * Several pieces of family room furniture were "weathered" and need to be replaced. * The owners live in an attached structure, so we never felt totally...

"We were looking for a relaxing place to stay and found it in this cute little cabin. Each day we awoke (and fell asleep) to the rushing brook right outside the cabin door. It was like listening to the rain. The cabin was well stocked, incredibly comfortable, and private. We enjoyed sitting on the covered porch with a cup of coffee and watching the birds and chipmunks. We will keep this place in mind for future stays in Durango."
