「Outside looks dumpy. Inside is old. I've seen better gyms in prisons on tv. It is not like the pictures at all you can't work out here. Newer carpeting in rooms, bathroom floor wasn't very clean. Bed was way too hard. After one night I asked for a refund and we found a new hotel. It is on the wrong side of Hinton away from the main townsite. Staff were very nice and he understood my displeasure.」

「I asked the front desk person if the room was a non-smoking room and he said yes. I arrived past midnight and was already tired and needed a place so I stayed. Bedcover had multiple cigarette burn marks, carpet had stains, wall had damages, bathroom faucet knob was attached and bottom of bathtub was rusted out and towels were stained and ends falling apart. Entire suite stunk and pillow stunk like cigarette smoke. 」

「No bathmat to prevent slipping in tub. Huge liability. Clean Room, some small maintenance item but overall impressed with the stay. Breakfast was excellent and staff in restaurant was fabulous. Michelle (Waitress) was incredibly.」

「We truly enjoy an escape at whitecourt's Western Budget #3 as often as we possibly can. It's affordable, clean, friendly, and the jacuzzi rooms make a person feel grand. The staff there is incredible! Always willing to help with whatever your needs might be, and very kind. The free continental breakfast is pretty darn good and the breakfast room is incredibly comfortable and sweet up so nicely. It's really the only place in Whitecourt that my husband and i are willing to stay nowadays.」
