"I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The bed was comfortable and our room spacious. Staff were welcoming and thorough with details. Since it’s right by a busy hwy I thought noise may creep it but it was very quiet. The lobby is open and inviting and my kids commented how wide the hallways are. We’ll definitely stay again. "

"Initially, we were told to wait as the room wasn’t ready even though we were there after check-in time. The manager approached after 15 minutes and asked why we were sitting there, apologized and gave us an upgrade to a business class suite. We were very happy with the Room. Clearly it wasn’t busy but we appreciated the gesture. The breakfast is excellent. Good choices and good strong coffee. I recommend. "

"The staff was very good. One note: A new immigrant family chose to repeatedly park in handicap parking and refused to move when asked by staff. They even cleaned out their vehicle in Handicap parking. I suggest contacting authorities next time to have them moved. Our handicap deserve our best efforts. "
