「A very comfortable king room....the amenities were the best we have had recently. The rm temp was easy to maintain as the window opened! The breakfast was the best! Even the coffee is worth mentioning....always hot and tasty.」

「Prior to my stay there was some confusion. What could have turned into a disaster instead ended up being an amazing stay! When the hotel recognized their part of the confusion they reached out and did everything they could to ensure our stay was not only pleasant but exceeded expectations. When we got to our room they left a nice card and some treats for my children! Traveling can be hard and frustrating when plans don’t work out as you had hoped (delayed flights etc) and I’m thankful this hotel...

「Had made reservation thro Expedia - called them to say 9 pm arrival , informed Me I had NO reservation !!! Gave them reservation # said had no record of it ..offered me a booking instead and I refused as felt I wasn’t paying for another room … Today my credit card had been charged !!! How can you. Charge for something that wasn’t booked?? 」

「We thought that for the reasonable price we paid we were getting a room with two queen beds. I don’t know if they upgraded us, but we got a really nice huge room with two queens and a full kitchen. It was a great stay. Great breakfast. 」

「The room we got was double the size of the standard. Ok cleanliness. Fans in the rooms were not too loud at night. There is no AC, do if the room gets hot it's hard to cool with the windows wide open. Beds were firm, pillows were soft. The carpet was bump at different parts of the Inn. No pool. It's an old Inn but still an average Inn. Close to Grout Road so easy to get to downtown or to get to U of A. There is addition fees to stay so watch for those. 」

「It is an older building. So the room design is a bit weak. The toilet is very close to the door. Only one at a time to use that area. So if your 2 getting ready in the morning it have to be 1 at a time. As the sink toilet shower are all right area. Parking was ok. Staff fellow was fast to check if in. $125 cdn. But we will move on to another motel next time in West Edmonton. On 118 ave 」
