Staff was good. Over priced due to an event. They doubled their prices. It is expensive. The restaurants and hotel was very expensive. Would not stay again. No one cleaned our room.

Very convenient location that is close to Whyte avenue, the river valley, and the UofA. The rooms were clean, the staff were very kind and helpful, and the rooms were as we expected. The internet in the rooms was unreliable and the TV was small and hard to watch TV on. This was a safe place to stay close to the core of the city and was good value for what you get.

It was easy access from Hwy 2, but getting out was confusing and I drove in circles trying to figure it out. Mall itself is great.
