The place was clean and had a modern feel, which we appreciated.The cupboards had some food items stocked, and there was coffee available, which was convenient. 「A very nice little apartment across from Winnipeg's arena, close to the Winnipeg Art Gallery, and walking distance to the Canadian Museum for Human Rights. Close to famous Portage and Main, so very central. Tidy, clean, well appointed. Something larger than a single TV tray would have been nice to eat from for two people - but otherwise, a fabulous stay, and attentive host, very helpful.」

「A very old house that has not been updated. Security is good and instructions to use were clear and consise. AC unit was an older model and leaked water over floor causing musty smell. Laundry was in the basement and we were not allowed to use due to ongoing construction. Place is not worth what was being asked however it is downtown and close to restaurants and grocery store on a busy one way street 」
