The Vrbo was clean and beds were comfy, only complaints is that the main entrance is shared with the rest of the house then you go to the basement to your own room and the quiet time is 11pm to 8am but there was lots of stomping past 11pm till close till 12am and stomping as early as 6am in the morning, other than that No complaints. Communication with host was great and check in was very easy.

Incredibly frustrating and cold space. Heat was not turned on, basement was incredibly humid and difficult to navigate. All doors had automatic locks that engaged as soon as doors were shut, or beeped loudly if the door was not closed. This caused us to get locked in rooms and be woken each time someone in our travel party went to the washroom. 1 small towel per guest, but 3 forks for 4 people. No dish soap or cleaning up supplies available. Tiny tea cups but no standard drink ware provided. Fridge door handle broken off and fridge not plugged in on arrival. Host definitely does not care about guests staying as they drop cookware at 6 am, chop loudly and vaccum. Do not recommend if you like sleep and basic amenities while traveling.

Place was very clean and kids enjoyed the ping-pong table and mini pool table. We felt a draft from the windows but they supplied a heater and extra blankets that helped. The tv was nice and big for the kids to game out with. Beds, bedding and pillows were very comfortable! I gave them 4 stars for accuracy of ad because at the top it says “entire house”, but throughout the ad it clarifies that it’s not, that we have the full basement. Which was good enough. But the kids were disappointed we didn’t get the entire home lol it was a nice VRBO and we enjoyed our stay.
