"The property we stayed in was changed to a different apartment in District 2 the day before we arrived, because apparently the one we booked was no longer available.
Free airport transfers did not go smoothly and we had to get a taxi (which the host reimbursed). As we arrived at 1.30am and were travelling with a toddler I made sure to confirm the transfers were booked in, but unfortunately they were not when we arrived. The return transfer did not happen either- the host never replied to my...
