「This property is a few blocks from downtown and it’s so cute! Extremely clean, comfortable, and very uniquely decorated. We loved it! It felt very welcoming and had everything we needed for our weekend in grand junction. 」

「Our group of four adults and three teens really enjoyed our stay. We spent most of our waking time playing games at the huge kitchen table. The hot water heater held up admirably with all of us showering after a long day of sightseeing at the parks. 」

Only recommendation is a needs a good deep clean. All the drawers and cabinets in the kitchen were all dirty and the water vacuum didn't get empty causing the house to smell but we set it outside and had no issues. 「Nice sized place, cloae to town, with great neighborhood pool and hot tub. Host was super fast and helpful. One thing to share is they only have salt and pepper along with coffee for the kitchen so you need to pack or buy everything else. 20 min from Arches and 45 from Canyonlands. 」

「The house was perfect for four ladies attending a conference. Each had an adult size bed in separate rooms. Everything was clean and appeared well kept. We were able to enjoy dinner on the nice patio area one evening. 」
