The soap was largely unusable because the bars were so small. Also, the location was four miles out of town in a terrible area. We would have been more confortable in a standard hotel room. Cleanliness was the only positive. These properties are not worthy of VRBO, "

"New owners are fixing the property. The blanket on the bed was dirty. I let the front desk know. The mirror was damaged hard to apply make up. Not secure to wall, concerned it would fall off when I tried to clean the smudges. The bathroom ceiling fan was noisy, like Mac truck loud. Told the front desk staff. Good assortment of breakfast food. I prefer skim or chocolate milk, not whole milk. Didn’t have time to make a waffle. The restaurant next door was cooking curry or something. It was really strong when I went outside at 8:15 in the morning."

"I'm cursed when it comes to pools/hot tubs - they're always being repaired when I visit! The coffee maker (room 114) was finicky, I had a hard time getting it to turn on. The lever that diverts water from bath to shower doesn't shut off the bath supply very well, leaving less pressure through the shower head. All that is fairly minor, the room was comfortable and clean and I'd happily return!"

"We planned to stay in the tents but pouring rain caused the cots to be wet when we checked in. When the manager found out they quickly upgraded us to a cabin because more rain was predicted. We were prepared to make the tent work but we were happily surprised at our upgrade. Cabin was very clean with everything we needed. Great jumping off point to Arches and Moab. Make sure to go to nearby Sego Canyon. We would stay here again!"

"This is probably what you’d expect from a roadside motel in central Utah. The staff were very friendly and the room was clean enough. It’s definitely older and you can tell (leaky faucets, loud HVAC, etc). As other reviewers have said, there is an odor - you adjust to it, but it’s not great. You can also hear both the guests and the road; we ended up sleeping with earplugs (we always bring them on vacation anyway). Generally, it’s a decent option for a short stay if you just need something inexpensive and clean."
