デボンのアパート

「Smelt strongly of damp on entering communal corridor. Flat seemed ok but lots of road noise due to front window not sealing when closed. Was better when i went outside and pushed it closer. Swivel chair bases rusted badly. Sweeping brush was digusting and covered in muck and fluff before we used it. Bathroom radiator rusty, squeegies were covered in black mold. Extractor fan not working. Wardrobe had little space as full of boxes ironing board and clutter. 」

「The views from the apartment were outstanding. Just amazing, the bed was comfy, the kitchen was well equipped, check in was easy and the host was lovely. The car park was easily accessible and there were plenty of spaces available. The apartment is a little tired, the rooms were clean but outside balcony area needed a little bit of TLC. Generally though we had a lovely stay and like I say the views are absolutely stunning. We would stay again.」

「A lovely accomodation for my 5 day trip to Ilfracombe. It is very homely, cosy and nicely spacious for the three of us. Everything was clean and spotless on our first day. Location was an excellent spot near the town. Would 100% stay again and reccomend to others! 」

「Very clean one bedroom apartment. The location was too rural for us and both the front and rear windows looked out to farm yards. The communication from the host was poor. When we arrived the apartment key was left in the lock and we were not sure if the host was going to greet us or not (we normally stay in hotels but wanted to try something a bit different). We did not see or hear from the host during our stay and there was no communication with regards to the check out process. We just locked...
