「Newly constructed property and all the furnishings and appliances also new. Had a balcony and a partial ocean view which was very much appreciated. The building next door is abandoned which invites some unwanted birds and décor but the competitive price for the clean and modern apartment makes up for it. Good selection of restaurants and small grocery stores close by and excellent fish and chips at Atlantic Bay fish and chips. Parking was ample during our visit and the weather was kind making...

「Great room if you can survive the 6 flights of stairs lol - you are warned but it’s 6 not 3. Lovely clean place but take ear plugs as the Wetherspoons next door are there bottling up early.」

「Smelt strongly of damp on entering communal corridor. Flat seemed ok but lots of road noise due to front window not sealing when closed. Was better when i went outside and pushed it closer. Swivel chair bases rusted badly. Sweeping brush was digusting and covered in muck and fluff before we used it. Bathroom radiator rusty, squeegies were covered in black mold. Extractor fan not working. Wardrobe had little space as full of boxes ironing board and clutter. 」
