「Nice clean apartment, good communication feom the host, very convenient location, lovely view」

「Smelt strongly of damp on entering communal corridor. Flat seemed ok but lots of road noise due to front window not sealing when closed. Was better when i went outside and pushed it closer. Swivel chair bases rusted badly. Sweeping brush was digusting and covered in muck and fluff before we used it. Bathroom radiator rusty, squeegies were covered in black mold. Extractor fan not working. Wardrobe had little space as full of boxes ironing board and clutter. 」

「I have been staying in Dartmouth working for the past 8 months and wish I found this place sooner. It is a lovely room with views and the couple are lovely and very welcoming. This place is better than all the hotels that I have stayed in. Would 100% recommend and happily stay in again.」

「Lauren was very welcoming and the communication with her was great. We were met at the accommodation and shown round, everything was explained. Unlike many self catering places, this one has all cleaning materials as well as all soaps in kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped - the Prosecco and chocolates were very welcome too. The views were amazing!!」

Beautiful sun deck outside, fabulous for pets, ( As we took our Labrador ) I can’t say and praise enough about this property accommodation. Dartmouth is glorious and beautiful and the location is a stone throw from beautiful beaches. We will recommend to everyone. 」
