「清潔さと駅からの近さでこのホテルを選びました。期待通りでしたので非常に満足しています。フロントも24時間対応で、対応も暖かく親切でした。廊下や上の階の歩く音がやや響くので、神経質な方は気になるかもしれませんが、騒がしいといった事は特にありませんでした。アメニティーや最新の設備という意味では充分とは言えませんが、ロンドンは宿泊量が高いのでその点に照らせば値段相応だと思います。全体として大変満足しています。」

「建物自体は古いですが、清掃も行き届いておりサービスもとても良かったです。見晴らしの良いテラスカフェがあり、リラックスした時間を過ごさせてもらいました。部屋もとても広く快適でした。レストラン等があるエリアから少し遠いことだけが難点で、お子さん連れとかだと少しきついかもしれませんがレストランも併設されているので、まぁなんとかなるレベルかなと。逆にホテルに滞在する目的だと静かで良いかも。」

「ドアの鍵が壊れて開かなくなった。改善されなかった。 部屋が清潔でなかった。」

「Would be better if there was air conditioning in the rooms. They do offer a fan if needed though. We also asked for a kettle in our room which was much better than walking down the corridor in my night dress to get a drink from the drinks station in the corridor. Over all..more than happy to stay again.」

「Disappointing stay at this hotel. The staff were a little unwelcoming and the service was not great. A beautiful location but this was let down by terrible parking, poor facilities and attention to detail that wasn’t there!!!! The spa was poor with an outlook to a wall!! The room was also disappointing with hair on my pillow and uncomfortable cheap pillows. I was very much looking forward to this stay but was very disappointed.」

「The staff was great, but the property needs some work. Our “bay view” was covered by scaffolding and absolutely filthy windows. Carpets were really shabby and the floorboards all creaked and were lumpy. 」

「The Derwent Hotel itself was good and the hotel receptionist helped a lot when we had an issue with the Spa service. We went for my friend's birthday stayed on the Saturday night, had a great time and booked a surprise treatment for the Sunday morning, when she went down for the treatment it was not on their system and the receptionist was abrupt to my friend and asked if she had the right date, I went and showed all the information ( emails, when I phoned and the money that had been taken from...
