PET POLICY
We allow one dog per stay. A $75 pet fee applies and must be added to the reservation at the time of booking. We have a large, fenced yard for your pet to enjoy. A dog bed, blankets, and bowls are provided.
• Guests are fully responsible for any injury or damage caused by their dog.
• Dogs are not permitted on furniture. A 20" × 30" dog bed and blanket are provided.
• Dogs must be flea-free and up to date on Bordetella, DHPP, Leptospirosis, and Rabies vaccinations.
• Guests must clean up after their dog in the yard and wipe them down before entering the house. Towels are provided.
• Any damage, excessive cleaning, or flea treatment required as a result of the dog will be charged to the guest.

• To enter the home, there is a flight of 5 stairs with a handrail leading up to the front porch.
• Ring camera on front porch facing street. We take your safety as well as your privacy very seriously.
