"Worst place I almost stayed at! I went in stayed for like 40 min and had to check right out..got locked inside the bathroom because they didnt have a handle on the door on the inside. Water wouldn't get warm despite running it for 20 min, black mold on some walls and hair in the tub and on the floor. Place was gross..stains everywhere on walls, blanket, bed, towels, everywhere. Heard a rat in the drop ceiling in the hall! Couch was caved in. Had some flys in there! Dont know how thats even possible with it being winter 😳. Asked for a different room only to be told all the rooms are like that. Dont say you wasn't warned!"

"I really enjoyed my stay. The house was well-equipped and had everything I needed. Dishes, glassware, pots and pans were very nice. The beds were super comfortable with nice linens. The lovely dining area (seats 4) and big bathroom made the place feel so much nicer than staying in a hotel. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Michigan to visit family."

"clean, warm and lovely home, .quiet street. beautiful park up the street that is perfect for families, games and dog walking. very convenient to downtown ferndale and 75. Lovely accommodations. Great street parking and driveway. Would stay again. Highly recommended."
