「Communication with our host was excellent! One of my guest arrived early and was allowed access to the house. Very helpful. Fun, classic decor, great bathrooms and bedrooms. The first floor full bath is located in between the kitchen and first floor bedroom to be clear. Very comfortable layout for big groups. The bathroom upstairs was great! Huge shower! And the half bath downstairs was a plus!! We loved hanging around the kitchen table chatting, and laughing!We had a couple minor maintenance...

「Such an awesome experience! First time in NOLA not knowing what to expect and this apartment was perfect for us. Clean and comfortable in a beautiful area near Tulane University. Host was very friendly and helpful. 」

「We needed a place to land near New Orleans City Park while helping family move. This property was perfect for us, walkable to where we needed to be & caffeine at The Bean Gallery (great food too) a few blocks away. Loved the art, comfy beds, as well as easy communication with owner. We missed connecting with on site manager although we heard him a few times & were happy to know help was nearby. White noise machines were a nice touch in both bedrooms. Gladly made use of the full sized washer &...

「We loved our stay at this adorable Shotgun house! It truly lives up to its name—charming, clean, and in a fantastic location just steps from the St. Charles streetcar. We felt safe in the neighborhood and found it very easy to get around the city. The beds were comfortable, and the home was spotless. We appreciated the character of the home and how convenient everything was. Would definitely stay here again!」

「Had a great stay overall. Apartment matched the description and pictures exactly . The only issue I had was finding hair on the shower wall but that's the cleaning crews fault not the owner. Still giving 5 stars. Also do not park next to the building. It is creepy and scary, I was gagging going through the staircase, and saw a dead rat. Just park across the street.」

"立地はとても良く、観光に便利です。夜にバーボンストリートやジャズバーに行く予定なら、安心して行けると思います。周りのホテルより、価格がリーズナブルで、ホテル代を比較的抑えたい人には良いと思います。空港からのアクセスも、202のバスで終点のmain libraryから徒歩５分程で、1.25ドルで移動できました（明るい時間の利用ですが）。夜間や早朝は、バス停付近の人気が少ないので、タクシーが良いと思いますが。ただ、ホテル内にベンダーマシーンが無かったので、夜間に飲み物を外まで買いに行きました。製氷器はありました。私の部屋には冷蔵庫がありましたが、部屋によるみたいです。予約時などにリクエストすることをおすすめします。"

"バーボンストリートにある、クラシックなホテルです。特に、プールが見えるバルコニーは雰囲気が最高。アルコールを持ち帰って一杯バルコニーで飲みました。プリザベーションホールやセントルイス大聖堂、蒸気船の船着き場などにも歩いて移動できます。私はあまり夜遊び慣れしていないので、はじめはニューオーリンズの雰囲気に少しドキドキしましたが、ありがたいことにホテルの中にはジャズのステージがあり、向かいのカフェベニエでは比較的落ち着いたスタイルのジャズを聞くことができます。初めてのNOLA滞在を楽しむことができました。"
