NOLA Welcome

This house was very clean and had a good kitchen. The washer and dryer came in handy and the house was close with Uber rides to downtown, Audubon Park, Trolley to French Quarter. The neighborhood was ok, It was close to great bakery.

Great place to stay

Great place, nice, clean and cozy. Easy to take ubers from this location to the French quarter. Nice to get away from the action of pre mardi gras during the night.

Long weekend trip

Very nice place to stay. Location was good for us as we did not want close to the action. Driveway is tight for parking but manageable. Overall pleased with our stay.

We came to NOLA to pick visit a college with our daughter. The house was clean and comfortable. The owners were very accommodating and allowed us to enter early after we got in very early. Close to the cutest breakfast and coffee joint Laurel street Bakery. Highly recommend!

Clean and comfy

Very nice place to stay, with space to park in driveway. Neighborhood feels safe for walking. A car is a necessity because the house is not near most attractions and restaurants you would want to visit.

Really safe environment!!!! And, nice property!! The hostess were really nice! And the complementary wine was awesome! This will be my spot! It’s close to everything like 10 mins tops to bourbon with Cajun seafood spot right around the corner…

Comfortable and convenient house

Stayed here for Tulane parents' weekend and loved it! My daughter and her BF also stayed here. It was nice that each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Beds super comfortable. Nice to have washer/dryer. Incredibly thoughtfully-outfitted house -- one of the best outfitted kitchens I've ever seen in a rental (but we didn't cook-- such good food in NOLA!). Delicious and affordable bakery nearby- just note they are closed on Sundays.

Birthday Gift

This property was very much what it said for our 3 adults. Host was very responsive and helpful. Everything was provided as stated. The inside of the house was perfect for our pet, but the outside area was not. I thought there would be some kind of a yard, but there was not. I guess that was my mistake. Good location to all of the fun things to do in NOLA.

Wonderful Experience!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is exactly as pictured in the listing and was extremely comfortable for us. I would recommend this rental to anyone and everyone without hesitation - it's close enough to all of the great tourist areas of New Orleans without being in an area that's busy at night. I only wish we could have stayed longer, but we will definitely be back! Thanks so much, Morgan and Chris!

Home away from home

This house is COZY. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood, an we quickly felt at home. It’s was easy to curl up on the couch to rest after a busy day. The house was close to almost everything we wanted to do. The owners provided lots of towels & bedding. The beds were comfortable, and we slept so well! I loved the bathroom off of each bedroom. We had our space and our daughter had hers. It was comfortable, clean, & safe. Pet friendly was a huge plus! We would stay again & would recommend this house!!!

Good Times

Overall the house was fine. The only complaint was the mattress way too soft. It might be time to upgrade. We were fine with the location of the house, it really was less than 15 minutes to Canal street.

Saved The Day!!

After our hotel cancelled our reservation the day we were driving down for my wife and 2 daughters to go to Taylor Swift concert, we were panicked and looking for a literal last minute place to stay, no hotels around that were affordable, we found this property and it was the same price and it always!! They could have charged whatever they wanted and they didn’t, Chris responded to texts multiple times and absolutely saved the day for our family to be able to go on the trip we had planned for over a year, can’t thank them enough. Great house, easy to get to, and convenient to all the things without dealing with all of the traffic.
