Hotel is located in a good location for walkable places to eat. Rooms are clean and bed and linens heavenly. We used the pool which is very clean and comfortable for relaxing. Parking for hotel has no extra charge which is a plus for my traveling.

It's very close to all of the cool stuff in Asheville.

We love everything about this place. We will definitely come back. All the staff were so nice. Love all the dining options. The only thing that I wish they could improve was the cleanness of the high chairs. We have a toddler. Whichever restaurants we went to, the high chair was always dirty. I understand that kids are messy. But I expected slightly cleaner high chairs from an upscale place like Omni Grove Park Inn. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

The elevator was out of order, and we were on the third floor, so had to drag 2 large suitcases up the steps which wasn't ideal. We had heard that it had been out for awhile so that was a little concerning. The pool was also closed while we were there for an issue of some sort. Along with the hot tub. The condo itself was very nice, lots of space and all the amenities of home. Fully stocked kitchen was nice. It just needed another mirror in the bedroom so more than one person can get ready at a time. Definitely would go back there.

The hotel was extremely and smelled fresh when you walked in. The staff was friendly and polite. Our room was very clean. I take my own wipes, Lysol and toilet covers. When my husband and started wiping things down there was no dust or debris on the wipes. The sheets was also ultra white and clean.
