「Not a good choice with this price!」

「部屋はシンプルで清潔、 暖房やシャワーなどの設備は新しく快適、 スタッフはフレンドリー、 レストランの食事はハイレベル、 周囲は自然が豊かで静か、 記念日にとても良い滞在ができました。 チェックイン、チェックアウトともにレセプションに列ができていたところだけは改善の余地があると思います。」

「Everything that the inn had to offer was amazing. Great service and friendly staff. Excellent breakfasts. Our only one concern was the smokers that were below our room on the patio. They were there both nights until 11pm. Our room windows let the smoke in, so we had to close them and the room got hot and it took a long time for the smell to clear. Lovely setting and we would definitely come again.」

「New hotel - nice, clean, newly and tastefully decorated, great location in the middle of Henley-on-Thames, not far from the river. Good breakfast and dinner. Very nice external seating area with retractable roof and TVs to watch sport (world cup was on). Other good restaurants, Waitrose and Sainsbury’s Local nearby. Still need to fix some teething problems - coffee pods and machine provided weren’t matched, no air conditioning in the room (we stayed during a heat wave - electric fan kindly...

「Bathroom was not stocked with the usual (and expected) shampoo and conditioner; only one towel provided for two guests, and shower screen seal was hanging off. A tower stand was provided but not adequate for the size of the room and the outside ambient temperature (19 degrees overnight).」

「Hotel was in a beautiful setting and felt safe and secure inside the complex. The bed was so comfortable i didn't want to get up.Will definitely stay here again.」

「The room appeared to have not been cleaned after it's previous accounts. There was what looked like fecal matter on the toilet seat, bodily fluids on the bedding which definitely hadn't been changed and the room smelt like someone had been smoking, even though this is illegal. The staff didn't seem to care when we handed the keys back and left without even viewing another room. Do not stay here, do not give them your money. The environmental health should inspect and close them down.」

「Beautiful place, and not far from Henley」

「Decent but small single room EXCEPT the kitchen vent. All was fine until 7am when it started up like an aero engine and then that wasn't great (that's English for a bit grim). Ensuite is for skinny people only. Very 1980's suite and tiny washbasin squeezed in ext to the shower enclosure. Fan broken so it was quickly like Viet Nam in monsoon conditions in there.」

「I asked if there was an iron as I needed to press my dress as I was attending. I was told there was an iron. Unfortunately by using the iron the sockets fused and I was unable to charge my hearing aids! The second night I put my aids on to charge, however when I tried to iron my top, the sockets had fused again! There is obviously a problem with the electrics in this room! I was able to use another room on my first day to charge my aids but it was very srtressful.」

「This hotel is about to close for renovations. There was loud noise coming from an appliance or equipment downstairs late into the evening. Staff were helpful and friendly. Situation is convenient for accessing Camberley.」

「The room was very clean, small, but well appointed. We were experiencing one of the hottest days in the UK so it was a bit uncomfortable for sleeping due to the lack of ac, there was an oscillating fan in the room which provided some relief but without a window for some fresh air during the night, it was a little stuffy. There was great water pressure and a lovely clean bathroom which was separated from the sleeping area by a heavy tapestry curtain. We had just arrived that afternoon from an...
