「The place was clean, cozy and nice. The only issue we had was that the heater in the toilet wasn't working. But apart from that, we had an enjoyable stay. 」

「Our host was accommodating he let us check in early and bought a new dinner set the next day when I alerted him. I liked the fact that parking came included and it was centrally located. We did have a few problems such as the excess dust and dirt under the sofa, the uncomfortable bed, the linen that really needs changing (it’s been washed too many times) and the dishwasher wasn’t functioning. 」

「What an absolutely stunning apartment in a perfect location to explore Windsor. Spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need for a few nights away. Even a Christmas tree which was a lovely surprise. Once we had a direct contact number for the property the communication was fantastic with check in details and instructions provided. Would 100% stay again in the future Thankyou 」

「Very well laid out property with plenty of room for the whole family as well as a spacious walk in wardrobe, study/work area, a lovely ensuite room as well as a family bathroom and extremely comfortable beds. The complimentary contents in the fridge and on the kitchen top also went down well. Highly recommended.」

「Upon reaching the destination they gave us a code to enter the building and everything then all of sudden they said the room is all full and they cannot accomaodate when we had paid in full. No comminication and no one answered the phone. I had to book last minute in nearby hotel and i am still awaiting for my refund of over £300 . Worst experience ever」
