西部地区 ホテル

「Great stay, great staff」

「セキュリティがしっかりとしていました。Wi-Fiの環境もよくホテル内でしっかりと使えました。ホテルへの質問をしても返信がなかったのが残念でした。」

「Good for only sleeping」

「It was wonderful to be back in Sierra Leone, and given your hotel's reputation, I was excited to stay here. However, I was surprised to find both the hotel and restaurant rather empty. I was also disappointed that the breakfast menu was almost identical for the entire week, perhaps due to the low occupancy. Other hotels in the city, even with fewer options, make an effort to change the menu daily. I was also surprised to be asked for a card charge at checkout, which is something I have not...

「Few staff members can speak English. No reply to emails. Even though my schedule was extended, the room key suddenly stopped working. The restaurant is expensive.」

「Mamba Point is a great place to stay when you arw visiting Freetown. The staff are friendly, and well verse inactivties in the are,and proximity to Lumley is walking distance.」

「Hotel has terribly deteriorated. For the price you can get waaaaay better in Freetown. From checking in to check out was poor. Poor air conditioned rooms. Bathroom was not too clean and to top it off there was no water in the morning to shower.」

「Great breakfast, rooms very clean and staff friendly.」

「Staff very friendly and food ecellent」

「I will not recommend it to anyone. The place was awful, no clean towels or toilet paper. The WiFi was terrible. What u see on the internet is not what u see in person, regarding the aesthetic of the place. Staff never check the rooms to clean while I was there.」

「The service was excellent. The rooms are cleaned every day by very attentive staff. Ask for anything - you get it within 5 mins. The Operations Manager Sunil is very pleasant and responds quickly. I would give Sunil and the staff an A . The variety of food at the restaurant was ok. One area for improvement is the gardens around the chalets. At the time we went they were a little unkempt. I think we went in the slow season. This however did not take away from our fun.」

「Pros: Constant electricity Accessibility to other amenities on the famous Aberdeen beach coast Cons: The bedroom TV was without internet Twice I reported it to the receptionist: he promised to get it fixed on both occasions but no . They forgot to refill the bathing soap dispenser They need to pay more attention to the bedding as well. Overall I give them an average grading as the place is undergoing some sort of maintenance.」

「Cet établissement est en rénovation donc il est difficile de valider les différents services proposés. Ce que je peux dire le personnel est gentil. Le petit déjeuner est limité. Il manque de nourriture.」

「The room space is spacious and spotless. Smell fresh and welcoming. My only concern is that management leave shampoo and body lotion in the bathroom. 」
