フリータウンのスパのあるリゾート & ホテル

「セキュリティがしっかりとしていました。Wi-Fiの環境もよくホテル内でしっかりと使えました。ホテルへの質問をしても返信がなかったのが残念でした。」

「Hotel has terribly deteriorated. For the price you can get waaaaay better in Freetown. From checking in to check out was poor. Poor air conditioned rooms. Bathroom was not too clean and to top it off there was no water in the morning to shower.」

「Thank you guys for having me and will richly recommend you guys to all my friends and families. You made my stay felt like home where every staff members are keen to help. But please I suggest u look at your breakfast menu. Breakfasts didn’t taste like breakfast for me. Breakfasts was boring. Food don’t look or presentable enough for me to be excited about to eat. Just so you know am talking about the breakfasts in the apartment, room service. 」

「It was wonderful to be back in Sierra Leone, and given your hotel's reputation, I was excited to stay here. However, I was surprised to find both the hotel and restaurant rather empty. I was also disappointed that the breakfast menu was almost identical for the entire week, perhaps due to the low occupancy. Other hotels in the city, even with fewer options, make an effort to change the menu daily. I was also surprised to be asked for a card charge at checkout, which is something I have not...

「Pros: Constant electricity Accessibility to other amenities on the famous Aberdeen beach coast Cons: The bedroom TV was without internet Twice I reported it to the receptionist: he promised to get it fixed on both occasions but no . They forgot to refill the bathing soap dispenser They need to pay more attention to the bedding as well. Overall I give them an average grading as the place is undergoing some sort of maintenance.」

「Few staff members can speak English. No reply to emails. Even though my schedule was extended, the room key suddenly stopped working. The restaurant is expensive.」

「The room space is spacious and spotless. Smell fresh and welcoming. My only concern is that management leave shampoo and body lotion in the bathroom. 」

「Area under construction. Dirty, noise and terrible.」

「Yes good customer service 」

「Good for only sleeping」

「The rooms are really clean the sheets have a few stains but you can tell it’s from the dryer staff are nice only issue is reception closes at midnight and if you don’t stock up on water for the night before they leave you will have to wait until morning, or risk going outside at night to find it.」
