「Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Property as a whole could use sprucing up」

「This is a basic very small cabin along a winding country road. There are outdoor chairs to sit in, but no view other than the road and neighbors--so use this as a tiny place to stay if you want to read or watch TV, or to visit the marina 4 miles farther down the road.」
