「Clean room and I felt very comfortable」

「The staff was good. There were lot of breakfast optinos」

「We were not informed when booking that the water slides and pool were closed. One of the main reasons for booking there. We stayed for 4 days and housekeeping never came once to our room! Not once! Unexceptionable!!! The room was clean when we arrived. The beds were comfortable. But service was lousy. I can see not cleaning stay over guests every day but not one time in 4 days?! We had to go get our own towels and empty our own garbage.」

「First assigned room the bathroom smelled like urine & feces. Remainder of building had dust film and smudge marks EVERYWHERE. The gym equipment was old and broken down (all displays were broken). Overall the property needs a SERIOUS REFRESH. Old TVs old furniture etc. Bedding and beds was good / modern / clean. AM Breakfast was BRUTAL .. NO PROTEIN OPTIONS -- like NONE (no eggs sausage etc) Think Fruit loops and cheerios !!! 1 star rating !!」

「We checked in close to 1:30 am and although I messaged the property through the app, I did not get any acknowledgment so I had to chase down a human to talk to. Eventually got the confirmation I needed that it was ok to check in late (in property details notification it said check in after midnight was not allowed.) desk attendant was nice enough but not professional in appearance. Room was clean but the hallways and doorways were pretty beat up. Decor was dated and showed lots of wear and tear....

「The room was updated and clean the front desk staff was helpful. Breakfast was a standard eggs, sausage, waffles. The walls are paper thin and could hear my neighbours snoring or walking around the room (artwork on the walls shoot when people walked around the room). The hallways had some debris like someone ran into the wall or something and the staff was vaping in the rooms while cleaning. Pool was good for kids, it was dated and needs some TLC. But overall it was good for kids (deep end...

「This is a nice place, comfy beds. One design flaw: The iron mounted in the closet blocks hanger space, which is already quite limited. No microwave in the room, which isn’t really necessary anyway. There’s one in the lobby. No hot breakfast, but enough options to get the day started.」
