「The room was not very clean. Carpets were pretty dirty. Everything else with the staff was very good.」

「Pool area under construction, good to see ongoing improvements.」

「We got a poolside king suite with a sofa bed. The pool heater wasn't working but the front desk person said the water would be 75 degrees compared to the normal 85 degrees. It was not more than 70 degrees which was too cold for my infant. The hot tub jets were also not working during our 2-day stay. In the suite, there was only 1 glass, 1 coffee cup, 2 dinner...

「Great staff. Ok breakfast choices. Room not vacuumed. But I'd probably stay there again.」
